another day another blog. Commint to you from the couch on a hellaciously humid friday night. I picked up a 12" powerbook the other day, was gonna go with a new monitor, but opted for the powerbook instead. It's so sleak and cool. Love it. Using it now. Yay. Nathan Welsh, Dan Tieken, and myself plan on doing a movie sketch skit production called Interview with Mr. Stu Ffed. It's gonna be a funny original one of a kind piece. We start filming next weekend. I'm directing and producing it as well as editing and all art design. We've got a solid storyline set up full of little quips and oddities. Should be a pretty good looking production when all is said and done. Look for something about it on travishoffman.com in the future. Not a whole lot else happening. I'm pretty busy with random things, like getting the office all pulled together. I pretty much just need a futon. April has started school and between work and school she's awfully busy. We're like an old couple to bed early and up early. Oh well it's all good. Well gonna get back to the Bush Series Race. Peace.

it's been much too long since I've last blogged. I guess there's a pretty good reason though....not much has been happening worth noting. Just putting in the regular work hours. Hard to believe I've been down here for what used to be known as summer. April starts school on Monday. So do my friends up at Western. Hard to believe for the first time in a long time I won't be heading back to the confides of school. Gotta admit it's definately weird. I have however discovered via the itunes radio this old time radio station. Not like classic oldies...but vintage radio programming from the thirties fourties and fifties. For some reason I'm captivated by it.Hell, i'm listening to it right now. I have plans to pick up a mac 23 inch moniton and a 12 inch basic powerbook here in the next week. My grandma gave all the children and grandchildren some money recently. Reason being, I think...that if she doesn't give it away she'll have to pay taxes or it will go to the government or something. Regardless, with my father being deceased my sister and I share his portion, as well as our individual amounts. It's an unexpected surprise. Yeah I realize computer related purchases are probably the most unneccesary thing for me, but dammit. once i get a nice monitor and a mac laptop in my mind I'm done buying, and there's no better time then now to just get it out of my system so I don't spend my days thinking and mullling over how i should have picked the purchases up. Oh well. I've made up my mind anyways, and I'm sticking to it. Well I guess that'll do it. Laters.

Here kitty kitty kitty

Here's a recent pic of our cat Java. She's pretty well recovered from the front declaw. I sure don't miss those claws. She was a big kneader. Now it's alot better without the claws. She's a good kitten.

Backyard visitor

I'm trying a mac way to post pictures, I'm using this program called flicker, for pc's i use hello. Anyways, we were eating supper and april sees this huge bird fly down and land outside. I went and got my video camera and caught a still of it. This seems like some kind of hawk or something, not certain, but it's a big ole bird. It just swooped down for a bit, and then took off. Nothing amazing just a crazy little visit from a big bird
